Max Gauthier

I began my CrossFit journey in 2013. After a couple years of running and hangin around regular gyms for fitness, I was looking for something more. I remember my first WOD. And like most folks, was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Since then, CrossFit has become a way of life, not just a way to stay fit. The feeling of people coming together, not just in the gym, but as a community. After achieving the CF-L1 in August of 2016 and beginning to coach, helping athletes achieve their goals has become rewarding. Some of my favorites are hang cleans, wall balls, HSPUs, farmers carry and rowing.
